Make arrangements for a representative to attend the fixtures meeting once a year usually held at Knowle Golf Club in October / November between 15.00pm - 16.00pm

Your HOME fixtures once agreed, should be input on the league app as soon as possible.

Ensure all your clubs contacts and team players details are correct and up to date again via the league app.

Before a match starts make sure ALL your players are registered on the app.
|
Post your HOME match results on the app - this will immediately update the games played page, and league tables of your respective division.

Make sure all your selected team personal are legible for the match within the league rules.
|
Ensure your club enters the Foursomes Championship (usually in May) also the League Finals (Usually in September) If for any reason your club is NOT entering either competition please inform the fixture secretary as soon as possible. (Entries for both competitions are via the league app.

Any re-arranged matches are agreed within 7 days of the original fixture (not played) BOTH captains should inform the league fixture secretary of the new date, and will then amend the game on the app.
